Týždenné plánovanie je dôležitou činnosťou, ktorá by sa mala stať zvykom pre každého profesionálneho obchodníka, ktorý pracuje s internetom. Zanedbávanie plánovania sa negatívne odrazí v krátkodobom alebo v dlhodobom horizonte podnikania.
Daniel má každý piatok schôdzku (sám so sebou) aby zhrnul či bolo jeho týždenné plánovanie úspešné a takisto piatok mu dáva šancu urobiť to, čo v priebehu celého týždňa prehliadol. V jeden deň Daniel cestou vo vlaku urobil výborné rozhodnutie, keď si týždenné plánovanie vytvoril na webe v aplikácií “Evernote”.
Pred tým ako začnete robiť skutočné plánovanie, je dôležité urobiť si všeobecný prehľad ako bude vyzerať nasledovný týždeň. Ten by mal zahŕňať plánovanie prichádzajúcej pošty (listovej ako aj elektronickej), prezretie si svojich predošlých poznámok. Ak by ste svoju prichádzajúcu emailovú poštu nenechávali prázdnu, jedného dňa sa aj tak rozhodnete prejsť všetku prichádzajúcu emailovú poštu a odstrániť nepotrebné položky.
Po prejdení úloh je čas na skúmanie každého projektu. Je vhodné ak aj dvakrát skontrolujete cieľ aby ste sa uistili že dosiahnete úspešný výsledok pre každý projekt. je vhodné vyselektovať si dôležitosť jednotlivých projektov.
Ten, kto pozná knihy od Steve Covey “7 návykov vysoko efektívnych ľudí”, už vedia, že kľúčovou súčasťou týždenného plánovania je aby si jednotlivci preskúmali svoje úlohy ( ako žiak, web dizajner, konzultant, finančný poradca….) a identifikovali si “Big Rocks”.Weekly planning is an important activity that should be a habit for every business professional that works on the internet. Neglecting it can cost you in the long run, and even in the short run.
Those familiar with Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People already know that a key part of weekly planning is to Review Your Roles (such as Active Learner, Web designer, Consultant, Financial Planner, …) and identify the “Big Rocks” for selected ones. Invariably when I do this I think of something I should do during the following week that is not already on my Task list. Often it’s something like “Have lunch with …” or “Get away for the weekend,” but it’s something I feel like I need to do in a specific role. The weekly planning session is also an excellent time to review your mission and also your goals, to see if you’re on target with your goals and to take action if not.
After I’ve done this, I review upcoming appointments to see if there are any meetings or deadlines I need to prepare for.
Note that it’s a good practice to show project deadlines on your calendar. The way I like to do this is with an all-day appointment in Google Calendar.
The final steps in the process are to identify Focus Items and to consider scheduling time for the most important tasks. I generally schedule my “Big Rocks” for a specific day and/or time (sometimes just as an all-day appointment). You should also consider setting aside time to work on specific projects or to do specific types of work (such as @Computer tasks).
Consistent and thorough weekly planning can help put you and keep you on top of your life. Hopefully these tips will help you in your weekly planning.
Performing music has and I hope will always remain a core part of my life.
Some of my first memories are of my Dad singing away his sadness with a beer after midnight, my Grandfather smiling from the big-band stage as people danced to the old-time rhythms he played on the drums, and how much better a white suit looked on me whenever I had a musical instrument in my hands, even though I was just 3 years old…
Whether it was blues, rock ‘n’ roll, cabaret, heavy metal, Christian worship or celtic rock, I revelled in every moment of my music career in all the places where I’ve performed, each country and each concert. But most of all I loved the feeling of comradeship which is the glue that holds together any lasting music group, and experiencing life with my good friends, filling the space between the notes…
